Where can I find a product’s ingredients?
The product page includes an Ingredients section with the INCI list. Also check the label on the packaging you receive.
How do I use my cream or serum?
Follow the amount, application area and frequency stated for that particular product. One formula’s directions do not automatically apply to the whole collection.
Can I choose a product by its main ingredient alone?
Compare the full formula, description and intended use. If you know an ingredient does not suit you, check the complete INCI list.
What does a skincare set contain?
Each set has its own list of products and sizes. Read the set description before adding it to your cart.
How can I check availability?
Product pages and the cart show availability. If an item is out of stock, contact us for information.
Can I switch the website language?
Choose English at the top of the page for the English version or Greek to return to the Greek version.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free throughout Greece, with no minimum order value. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Is there a cash-on-delivery charge?
Yes. Cash on delivery carries an additional €3 charge per order. This payment-method charge is separate from free delivery.
Which payment methods are available?
Checkout displays the available methods, including card, PayPal and cash on delivery. Digital wallet availability also depends on your device.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated time depends on the delivery option and is shown at checkout. Once the order ships, you will receive the available shipping information.
Where can I find the return policy?
The complete policy is available on the Returns Policy page and at checkout. It sets out the process and conditions.
